Expansive Allure is about centering love of self and affirming the beauty inherent in each woman. It is about the love and grace we give ourselves and share with our partners.
This interactive workshop will take foundational lessons about holistic anatomy and the art of sensual connection, and use them to deepen our understanding of self-love and cultivate the art of allure.
For this highly interactive session, we will explore how to cultivate the diongama (sensuous elegant woman) within, optimal positions to achieve heightened pleasure, a free writing practice on crafting your ideal sensual fantasy, a look at how to incorporate Kunyaza (ancient African technique to elicit female pleasure), and more.
Our mainstays will also be holistic anatomy and live sensual movement practice.
Come prepared to move, talk, and engage!
